Course Overview
This qualification reflects the roles of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Individuals in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas. They also initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation. Typically, they would have full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others. This qualification may apply to leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability.
The Graduate Diploma in Management is designed with the senior manager in mind, helping them advance their leadership skills and knowledge to a higher level and continue to achieve their career goals. It is a Level 8 qualification according to the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF), which places it one level higher in complexity than a bachelor’s degree.

- Furthermore, entry into this course students must be able demonstrate:
– IELTS 5.5 overall or equivalent English proficiency, OR
– Student has completed an English Language course with an Australian educational institution exiting at an Upper Intermediate level, OR
– Student has undertaken at least 5 years’ prior study in an educational institution from selected countries where English was the medium of instruction; OR
– Student has successfully completed in Australia in the English language either the Senior Secondary Certificate of Education or studies at the Certificate IV or higher level, in the two years before applying to Pinnacle Institute.
Course Duration:
52 weeks classroom delivery (includes a maximum of 8 weeks holiday) depending on intake. Students must attend minimum 20 hours class time per week as part of your student visa requirements. Distance learning is not available.
